Willy Quinto, 26, of the Philippines was crowned Mister Working Men International 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand. The Filipino cop bested 16 other candidates from all continents.

The Mister Working Men International 2019 coronation night took place at the Central Plaza Chaengwattana Hall in Bangkok on October 21, 2019. It was the inaugural edition of the international male beauty pageant for independent working and professional men.

Runner-up to Quinto as Mister Working Men International 2019 was Luis Nava of the United States. David Duarte of Colombia, Tapsatit Gooncokkord of Thailand and Ngep Tonick of Cambodia were the respective second, third and fourth runners-up.

Hailing from Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines, Quinto went to Angeles University Foundation from 2009 to 2013. He earned a bachelor's degree in Criminology.

On October 14, 2016, Quinto was won Gwapulis 2016 at the Camp Crame in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was aired live on "Umagang Kay Ganda" on ABS-CBN.

Now working as a police officer, Quinto is based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. In one of the segments of the Mister Working Men International 2019 coronation night, he wore his Philippine National Police uniform.

Winning the competition was a great gift to the policeman who survived a motorcycle accident days before going to Thailand. On September 29, 2019, he was rushed to the Makati Medical Center in Makati City, Metro Manila after suffering an accident while riding a big bike along EDSA in Makati City.

The Philippines had two representatives at the Mister Working Men International 2019. The other one was Dr. Filemon "Mon" Rivo, a teacher in Bonuan Boquig National High School in San Gabriel, Bonuan, Dagupan, Pangasinan, Philippines.

Quinto's sash read Philippines while Rivo's had the words Hundred Islands. Another Filipino in the competition was Alfie S. Herrera, who represented the Filipino community of Malta.

Both Rivo and Herrera did not place. Herrera, Quinto and Edmar Bin Zaki of Borneo were named the three ambassadors of the Young Thai Organization.
